[edit] Information
Four dances aimed at 7 to 11 year olds - one representing each of the four elements - air, earth, water and fire. The dances for each element have been choreographed to three different, often contrasting, pieces of classical music - from JS Bach to Karl Jenkins, Aaron Copeland to Johann Strauss and Claude Debussy to John Adams and threaded through with engaging narrative animation. The aim of the films is to introduce primary school children with special education needs to a range of classical music - taking them on an immersive, imaginative journey, and encouraging them to get up and join in with the action they are watching on-screen.
